LITTLE SAHARA SANDBOARDING & TOBOGGANING

Sandboarding & Tobogganing

Visitors to Kangaroo Island boast that Little Sahara is definitely one of the highlights! Imagine the adrenaline rush as you speed down the massive dunes groomed by Mother Nature. You don’t have to be an adrenaline junky to enjoy, there’s fun for everyone.

Surf the dunes like a pro on a sandboard or just sit down, hang on and slide on toboggans. A must-do family experience! Little Sahara is a spectacular sand dune system covering over two square kilometres with dunes of various sizes and steepness to suit all adventurers!

Grab a board and apply Kangaroo Island Ligurian beeswax to the base for maximum sand surfing action.  Our experienced team will give you hints and tips on how to stay safe and get the most out of your time on the dunes.
