CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We offer a flexible time and date guarantee, which means you can amend* the date or time of your booking right up until 48 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Cancellations or amendments requested by the customer;

  • more than 48 hours before your booking time will not incur a fee and we will offer a full refund.
  • 24 to 48 hours before your booking time, will incur a 50% cancellation fee or 25% amendment fee
  • less than 24 hours = no refund or amendment available
  • delayed arrivals on the day of a booking, may impact on the intended duration of your booking.

Group Bookings (10 or more people)

All group booking require a deposit at the time of booking.

Deposit for group bookings made;

  • 30 days or more before date of booking – 25%
  • Less than 30 days before date of booking – 50%
  • Full payment is required 7 days before date of booking.

Cancellation of the group booking or part thereof will incur the following fees:

  • 30 days or more before departure – No cancellation or amendment fee, full refund
  • Less than 30 days before departure – 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days before departure – 80% cancellation fee
  • Within 48 hours of departure – 100% of total cost cancellation fee, no amendments available

*amendment refers to a request to change the date or time of a booking

* the % applied will be based on the full value of the booking.
